A beautiful place to ROMP

I was getting ready to do the shoot this morning for today's post and realized that, while I've shown you items from the ROMP fair, I haven't actually shown you the ROMP fair!  It's just too beautiful of a build for me not to show you, so here goes!  Those of you who have been there will probably recognize some of these spots.  Those of you that haven't been really, really need to go!

Above:  The theme of this event is elegant kink.  It's not dark BD/sm dungeon minded - it's meant to show the beautiful side of "kinky" sexuality.  While dungeons are certainly not frowned on, people who explore the sexual possibilities in life aren't necessarily dark, brooding, and full of doom and gloom.  No; they enjoy beauty, whimsy, fantasy.  This build encompassed it gracefully and beautifully, and held elegance and surprise around every corner.  There are birds and flowers, lanterns and fountains tucked into niches and corners all over.  Definitely worth a visit at least for the beautiful build, even if you have no L$ to spend!

Above:  I had originally intended to do a "demonic" version of Whisp today.  I opted for a tamer version instead, given the beautiful backdrop.  Eyes and makeup are from Plastik, one of my favorite go-tos for unique looks, especially with makeup and eyes.  They have a spot at ROMP, too, featuring an exclusive set of collars!

Above and Below:  It's like a secret, naughty garden at the ROMP fair, full of gorgeous and lush plants, arches, and other decorations.  Quite a bit naughty; but still beautiful, like this outfit from Tameless that includes appliers for top and bottom!

The windlight settings that were chosen for the fair were lovely enough I didn't have to change them for photo ops!  Not often that happens - Just another way that the builder put thought and effort into every detail!

Above:  Perfect for summer, these shoes from Glow Designs are airy, shimmery, and sexy.  They are made to go with Slink high feet, which makes them perfect for me!  Available at the Designer Circle in pink or blue until August 2nd!

Above:  Remember back before Slink came out with mesh hands?  We were all longing for prim fingernails until someone finally came up with these.  Sculpted fingernails with jewelry became a brief, but well-loved rage!  This particular set is called "Eye of Davy Jones" from Virtual Insanity, who now makes Slink nails with highly realistic details!  This was an old gift from the Macabre Hunt.  Check out VI for new, updated items!  There's something new there all the time!

Location:  ROMP fair! - Builder Hephaesteon Resident (Yes, the awesome SL photographer and blogger!), with the help of a drove of friends including Anke Hatchuk, Jax Lauria, and more!  You'll have to hit up Hephaesteon to get a more thorough listing, though most of his friends that I've met all tell me that it was him.  He's so humble!  And, straight from the Heph - "Oh wow, Whispering, thank you so much! I should note though that Kalia Firelyte was the builder of those beautiful sponsor shops we had - she custom whipped them out for us in just a handful of days."  Awesome shops, awesome of Kalia to do that!  And thank YOU, Hephaesteon!
